Reviews
I took a 200 and 300 hour yoga course. I emailed and asked that an ethics course be excused from my CEC hours needed. What a waste of my time and money. I should be refunded. The course is basic knowledge for anyone who already teaches yoga.
Ms Matthews is pleasantly knowledgeable, and the blueprint is very helpful for class design and implementing modifications for different needs
The question regarding joint movement wasn't truly covered within the presentation. Oddly enough, if someone didn't have yoga knowledge, they may not have fared well on several of the questions.
